I was in between working and doing my masters (something I had been postponing for 2 years). I didn\u2019t know what I wanted\/needed to do and my mentor helped me towards finding the answer and taking some steps.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am a big advocate of mentoring and I would recommend it to anyone as there\u2019s always something to learn from any conversation. However, people who want to become mentees should bear in mind that they should be as open as possible to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences and put 100% on their side in order to benefit from the process.
