Connect Alumni from various Cities – AIESEC Alumni Poland is looking for other AIESEC Alumni association to co-organise the next Twin Weekend project!
Overview:
- To make AIESEC idea of creating open minded, positive society without borders, we would like to offer Alumni opportunity to take part in Twin Weekends across Europe and in the long run also on the other continents.
- Twin Weekends would include fewer Alumni than during a conference, typically ~10 Alumni, to allow all participants to very well get to know each other and integrate during sightseeing and joint activities.
- Twin project between your cities may start with arranging an on-line event ‘joint Alumnite’ with Alumni from two cities located in two different countries (‘Twins’) and an appointment of ‘Visiting’ and ‘Hosting’ team coordinators. Both of them should work hard together to find a group of Alumni interested to visit another city and another group that would like to host them and organise a physical visit.
- Few months after one group visits hosting city, roles should change and hosts should be invited for a revisit.
In 2021 AIESEC Alumni Germany and AIESEC Alumni Poland organised 1st Twin Weekend between Warsaw and Frankfurt am Main, that brought a lot of positive energy and good memories (please see pictures and the bottom).
