AIESEC in Poland Alumni Association is happy to invite you to join the 5th edition of our international mentoring program run in cooperation with AIESEC Alumni Europe and other alumni communities from around our continent as well as Kingmakers – an AIESEC alumni company specializing in development programs and scenarios for organizations, teams and leaders!
The goal of the program is to aid mentees in achieving their professional development goals thanks to the support of an experienced mentor through a half-year long mentorship process. Common AIESEC background and values facilitate quick building of trust which is a solid fundamental for a mentoring relation!

How to apply?
- Reserve time for the mandatory entry trainings for mentors (Nov 18th, 5:30-8:00 pm) or mentees (Nov 19th, 5:30-8:00 pm)!
- Make sure you’re a member of our AIESEC in Poland Alumni Association or you’re committed to become one!
- Fill in the application form by November 5th:
