Along with AIESEC Alumni Europe and other AIESEC alumni communities from Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Hungary and Romania, we’re happy to invite you to join the 6th edition of our Alumni Mentoring Program run in cooperation with Kingmakers – an AIESEC alumni company specialising in development programs and scenarios for organisations, teams and leaders!
The goal of the program is to aid mentees (young people in their early career stage) in achieving their professional development goals thanks to the support of an experienced mentor (5+ years of experience in a given area) through a half-year long mentorship. Common AIESEC background and values facilitate quick building of trust which is a solid fundamental for a mentoring relation!

How to apply?
- Reserve time for the mandatory entry trainings for mentors (Nov 18th, 5:30-8:00 pm) or mentees (Nov 19th, 5:30-8:00 pm)!
- Make sure you’re a member of our AIESEC in Poland Alumni Association or you’re committed to become one!
- Fill in the application form by November 10th:
